It must replace with the following parts:

1. Head Gasket: Replacing the head gasket seal

2. Pistons: O’ring set

3. Pistons: Cleaning all the pistons by using the rubbing metal paper

4. Pistons Housing: Grinding or machining

5. Exhaust Valves: Grinding or machining

6. Con Rod Bearings: Replace a set of Cond Rod Bearings

7. Engine Oil: Replace

8. Oil Filter: Replace oil filter.

9. Complete Seal Sets: Replace all seals or full one sets.

10. Head Gasket: Grinding or Machining.

11. Crankshaft: Machining or Grinding

12. Labor  charge

Step 1:

You must see first, if the car is dent, then you have to knock the dents up first to make it straight!

Step 2:

If the car is rusty, then you have to weld or cut out the rusty parts and/or doing the necessary knocking and welding.

Step 3:

Then you have to ask the painter to start up with the following steps:

1. Plastic Bumper: Before painting, you must use Plastic Pre-Coating Glue to make the mastic staying firmly and longer

2. Metal Body or Frame: You must use Metal Pre-Coating Glue to make the mastic staying firmly and long.

Step 4:

Then the painting work can be started with the following steps:

1. Pre-Coating by using the special glue of 380

2. Smoothening

3. Pre-Coating Painting in gray color

4. Pre-Coating a final special glue 380

5. Smoothening

6. Auto-Color painting, and the last one,

7. Fla-Coat (to make it shining)

8. Polishing

That is all and done!

The component of Petrol/Fuel Injectors

There are 4 pieces of Petrol/Fuel Injectors, if the engine has 4 Spark Plugs.
There are 6 pieces of Petrol/Fuel Injectors, if the engine has 6 Spark Plugs.
There are 8 pieces of Petrol/Fuel Injectors, if the engine has 8 Spark Plugs.

Function and Diagnosis (Complication)

It help to inject the right or the same volume of petrol into the Spark Plugs to get it flaming. If one of them is malfunctioning, blocking by carbon, or out of date then the power and engine performance is having a bad vibration and it could cause consuming of petrol and low power.

Action and/or Treatment

In order to reduce the vibration and consumption, if they are not so serious, they could be cleaned or rectified by using the special machine and reused for awhile. otherwise, they must be replaced. Because their period lives had been set.  When all injectors are working correctly, they could also help saving the fuel consumption and saving time of your trip.

Usually, not for all, there might a few of them only. But we have to check to all and find out the bad ones. Replacing a set is always better!

The component of air intake system are:

1. Throttle Body
2. Throttle Position Sensor
3. Air Filter
4. EGR Control Valve
5. Cold Air Intake
6. Dorman Air Cleaner Intake Hose
7. Intake Manifold Gasket

Function and Diagnosis (Complication)

Air Intake System is like a part of a nose of the engine body of the car or human being to breath in clean air with full oxygen into the EFI or VVTi of the engine body, when one of them is blocked, it will make bad vibration to the engine and bad consumption of fuel.

Action and/or Treatment

In order to reduce the vibration and consumption, we must do the cleaning or replacing some of the disorder parts. Usually, not for all, there might a few of them only. But we have to check to all and find out the bad ones.

1. Throttle Body: Mostly, it is blocked by dust and dirt. If it is not so serious, it can be cleaned and reused.
2. Throttle Position Sensor: Mostly, it is blocked by dust and dirt. It could not be cleaned, except replace.
3. Air Filter: Mostly, it is blocked by dust and dirt. If it is not so serious, it can be cleaned and reused.
4. EGR Control Valve: Mostly, it is blocked by dust and dirt. It could not be cleaned, except replace.
5. Cold Air Intake: Mostly, it is blocked by dust, dirt and the carbon. It could not be cleaned, except replace.
6. Dorman Air Cleaner Intake Hose: It must be replaced.
7. Intake Manifold Gasket: Mostly, broken or burnt out. It must be replaced.
   

The engine breaking meant that one of the 3rd pistons breaking out through the piston house or piston cylinder. There could be the following problems:

1. Past history of driving in the deep water or on the deep flooding roads,
2. There is some water mixing with the engine oil,
3. Engine oil is low quality, because of long used never replaced the new one,
4. Con rods are scratched and low quality, and
5. The engine oil pump is blocking or not working properly.

Trouble shooting:

1. Replace another either a new engine or a used engine,
2. Replace engine oil,
3. Replace engine oil filter
4. Replace gearbox fluid

Is there any possibility to repair the engine?

1. No any possibility
2. Must be replaced

Well, as you may be aware that the burning flame of LPG is more heater than the regular petrol which could burn out to the (1). Fuel Injectors, (2). Spark Plugs, (3). Exhaust Vales, (4). Cylinder Block and the head gaskets and the set of seals, (5). Spring Seats, and (6). Valve Guide etc . . .

After a long use, if it has trouble of engine trembling, then there will be a very complicated problem. It meant that all the above-mentioned items will be affected and might need to be replaced and cost money.

It could help saving you money for the petrol, but it will cost money to restore or to make the engine working as normal.

After replacing and fixing to all the above-mentioned items, and you still would like to switch using both the LPG and the Petrol. Then we could take it to the LPG specialized garage to fix the LPG for you. But we would not like to recommend you using the LPG in Cambodia any more. Since the original engine was not for LPG purpose and the weather is very hot in Cambodia. Usually, the LPG is supposed to be used in the cool countries.

If so, the following items must be inspected, repaired and/or replaced:

1. Heater Injectors
2. Diesel Hand Pump
3. Diesel Filter attached to the hand pump and another one for the SsangYong – Istana or Hyundai – Starex – Montero Diesel engine there is no extra diesel filter . . .
4. Starting Motor
5. Alternator
6. Diesel Distributor and Plonger Rectifying
7. Battery Voltage
8. Battery Terminal Connectors

If so, the following items must be inspected, repaired and/or replaced:

1. Starting Motor
2. Alternator
3. Water Heater Sensor
4. Fuel Transmitter
5. Fuel Filter
6. Timing Belt Adjuster
7. Battery Terminal Connection
8. Battery Voltage

It must be an electrical system problem. In order to eliminate the problem, the following items must be inspected, cleaned and/or replaced:

1. Throttle Body and Function

It’s function is to take oxygen cleaned air from the air filter chamber through the air filter into the EFI or VVTi to make the engine idling working stability and help saving the fuel consumption. It is like our outer nose when we have a problem of runny nose, we will feel uncomfortable and catch cold. The engine of the car is the same. It requires its nose working correctly to breath in and out. It is broken and need to be replaced now. Regarding to the price is not advise able for the time being. We have to take out the sample to the shop and advise you the price later. But we do not thing that it would be so more expensive.

Its function is to help producing enough of oxygen cleaned air to the EFI or VVTi to make the engine idling working stability and help saving the fuel consumption. It is like our inner nose when we have a problem of runny or stucky nose, we will feel uncomfortable and catch cold. The engine of the car is the same. It requires its nose working correctly to breath in and out. It has a lots of dust and dirt because of the Throttle Body Hose broken that’s why it bought dust and dirt from the outside into the Throttle Body and blocking some parts of the small holes and make them malfunctioning. That’s why it consumes a lots of fuel and working not stable. It needs to be cleaned. After the cleaning, the engine will be working more stability, silently and moreover help saving high cost of fuel. Cleaning price is $10.00 only.

2. Throttle Body Air Hose Cut and has either a small or large hole (Air Intake System Hoses)

When there is a hole either large or small, it could make the air circulation working instability. It could also make the engine working tremblingly.

3. Spark Plugs

When the one or more of the Spark Plugs are out of date and covered with carbon it could not produce enough of fire. It could also make the engine working tremblingly.

4. Throttle Body Position Sensor

When the Throttle Body Position Sensor is blocking with dust or dirt, it could also blocking to the air intake system not to supplying enough of oxygen. It could also make the engine working tremblingly.

10. Electrical Wire Disconnection

Must be inspected to the following:

1. Valve Cover Gasket,

2. Alternator Hose,

3. Diesel Distributor Neck,

4. Camshaft Seals (Front/Rear),

5. Oil Filter Seal,

6. Oil Pan Seal,

7. Differential Seals (Front/Left),

8. Gear Box Seal,

9. Brake Hose,

10. Power Steering Hose,

11. Power Steering Meter,

12. Brake Wheel Cylinder,

13. Brake Caliper (Pistons),

14. Brake Star Fluid Distributor,

15. Air Supplementary from the alternator

Note: After fixing all the items, air bleeding to all the 4 wheels is the most important to make the brake performance working well.

Definition: There is water come into the engine through the head gasket and the seals.

Reason: Because of several times low water in the radiator and in the reservoir. You might have never check the water for a very long times.which caused the following items gone:

1. Overheating,

2. Running out of water because the damaging of the radiator,

3. damaging the engine if you try to restart several times etc . .

Action:

If so, then the following items must be repaired or replaced:

1. Replace head gasket,

2. Replace Con Rod Bearings,

3. Machining the Pistons Housings,

4. Replacing the Piston O-ring set,

5. Replacing the engine oil, and replacing oil filter.

Must check the following:

1. Ball/CV Joints,

2. Tie-Rods Set,

3. Bushings and Boots,

4. Strut Rods,

5. Stabilizer Bar Links,

7. Engine Mount (Brackets),

8. Gearbox Mount (Bracket),

9. Arm Controller Bushings and

10. Brake Pistons and Caliper etc . . .

Must check the following items:

1.  Fuel Filter,

2. Air Filter,

3. Fuel Regulator Sensor,

4. Throttle Body Control Valve,

5. Cleaning Throttle Body,

6. Cleaning/Replacing the Spark plugs, and

7. Fuel Transmitter.

But not all to be done. It might a few of the items might need to be attended to.

Must check the following:

1. AC Compressor.
2. AC Evaporator.
3. AC Condensor.
4. AC Thermostat (to control the temperature),
5. AC Pressure Switch/Termic.  It is to control the freon flowing volume in the Evaporator and Receiver Drier,
6. AC Hoses and O’rings. It must always be done!
7. AC Receiver Drier. (It must always be replaced!
8. AC Expansion valve. and It must always be replaced!
9. AC Blower Fan. It must always be cleaned.

Special Notice:

1. When the car has a problem with the Air Conditioner or Air Conditioner System, then the items 1 to 9 must be removed out and checked, in order to make sure all are still working properly and cleaned.

2. Usually, not all the items are required to be replaced, but the items 6 to 8 are always be replaced at every time of servicing the Air Conditioner.

3. When you notice that the Air Conditioner is malfunction, you must stop using the AC immediately (put it to OFF immediately and come to us for consultation), otherwise, all the above-mentioned items from 1 to 9 must all be replaced and cost you money.

4. Why all the items must be replaced after a long use and/or after the malfunction of the AC for the period of at least 1 to 2 days? Because:

(a). The freon on the (1). AC Compressor, (2). AC Receiver Drier, and the (3). AC Evaporator is dry out and make worn out and producing dirt and dust blocking to the following items:

1. AC Compressor.
2. AC Evaporator.
3. AC Condensor.
4. AC Thermostat (to control the temperature),
5. AC Pressure Switch/Termic.  It is to control the freon flowing volume in the Evaporator and Receiver Drier,
6. AC Hoses and O’rings. It must always be done!
7. AC Receiver Drier. (It must always be replaced!
8. AC Expansion valve. and It must always be replaced!
9. AC Blower Fan. It must always be cleaned.
