A. Briefing Notes:

Services Included: (1). Three-risk Insurance Coverage, (2). Unlimited Mileage, (3). Driver’s meal and accommodation, if the driver is required.

Services Excluded: Fuel! First, we put you in full tank of fuel and you may return us the same on the last day.

Without Driver and the Service coverage: 50Km from the center of Phnom Penh city, in the case the car broken down in the province, you may make us (owner) a call for advice. But the cost of repair in the province is under the responsibility of the user. In the contrary, the user tows the car back into town, the user will pay only for the towing fee and the cost of repair will be falling to the owner.

If the driver is assigned by Lyna-CarRental.Com, everything will be under the responsibility of Lyna-CarRental.Com.

In case, the car broken down out side the coverage areas, there is a Road Side Assistance plus Towing Fee extra charge:

(a). 03 – 50km = $1.00/km, (b). 100km = $75.00, (c). 200km = $140.00, (d). 300km = $250.00, (e). 400km = $350.00, and (f). 500km = $440.00.

B. Attention!

If you wish to drive the car by yourself, the following procedure should kindly be followed:

1. You should ask for the BUSINESS VISA on your arrival to the Phnom Penh Airport and you will pay USD25.00 which is USD5.00 different from the Tourist one.
2. Bring along with you one of your National or International Driver’s Licenses which can easily be converted into the Local one for the insurance purpose which we will issue to you within a minute only and then you start driving the car immediately.
3. Bring along with you 3 photos in the passport size.
4. The cost of converting to the Local Driver’s License is USD45.00 only (if you are less than 60 years old) and valid for one year.

C. Mode of Payment:

All in cash and in advance plus the refundable deposit of USD200.00.
